What inputs can I send to SpyGrabs?
You can send:

When is session authorization needed, and is it safe?
Authorization is only needed when downloading from private channels, closed groups, personal chats, or third-party bots you are already a member of. For public channels, no authorization is required.
Safety is our top priority: SpyGrabs connects through official Telegram MTProto APIs using official login codes. You never disclose your password, and you can instantly revoke the session at any moment directly in Telegram under Settings → Devices → Active Sessions.
Does SpyGrabs recompress or downgrade video and audio?
No. SpyGrabs preserves 100% of the original file quality. Videos, audio recordings, voice notes, and document archives up to 2GB are downloaded in their exact native bitrate, codecs, and resolution.
How does the free trial work?
Every new user receives 2 free test downloads from public channels. This allows you to evaluate download speed, file delivery, and formatting in your own Telegram client before purchasing a plan.
What is the difference between Premium and “Download full channel”?
SpyGrabs Premium: A subscription giving daily download quotas, access to private channel single-post downloads, direct chat PDF export, and bot material downloads.
Download full channel: A specialized bulk export service designed to archive an entire channel or course systematically without manually grabbing individual posts. As an added benefit, every full channel export includes 30 days of SpyGrabs Premium.
Can SpyGrabs recover deleted messages or expired self-destructing media?
No. SpyGrabs only accesses messages and media currently available on Telegram servers. It cannot recover messages that were deleted before download or view-once media that has already expired.
How are paid Telegram Stars posts handled?
Posts locked behind Telegram Stars paywalls are paid content. To download them, the post must first be unlocked or purchased under your authorized Telegram account.
How is my personal data handled and stored?
SpyGrabs does not permanently store your files. All media processed during download is stored in temporary staging storage and automatically, permanently deleted immediately upon successful delivery to your Telegram chat.
