SpyGrabs FAQ: pricing, access, security

You can send:

• Public post links: Format https://t.me/channel_name/123.
• Private channel links: Format https://t.me/c/1234567890/123 (requires member access).
• Bot usernames: Send @username in Import from another bot to extract delivered lessons.
• Direct chat user ID / username: In Download from a chat to save 1-on-1 conversations to PDF.
• Channel link for full archive: In Download an entire channel to export complete libraries.

Authorization is needed for private channels, closed groups, direct chats, third-party bots, and paid Stars posts. Ordinary public posts do not require account authorization.

Safety is our top priority: SpyGrabs connects through Telegram MTProto using the login code sent by Telegram. If two-step verification is enabled, the authorization flow will also ask for your Telegram 2FA password. You can revoke the session at any moment in Telegram under Settings → Devices → Active Sessions.

SpyGrabs requests the file available from Telegram without artificial upscaling. Delivery limits depend on Telegram and the file type. Large supported videos may be split into parts; other large files may fail at platform limits.

Every new user receives 2 free test downloads from public channels. This allows you to evaluate download speed, file delivery, and formatting in your own Telegram client before purchasing a plan.

SpyGrabs Premium: A subscription for individual post downloads without a daily limit, plus private-source access, direct chat export, and import from another bot. Queue and technical limits still apply.

Download an entire channel: A one-time export for one selected source, with a current limit of up to 999 posts. As an added benefit, every full channel export includes 30 days of SpyGrabs Premium.

No. SpyGrabs only accesses messages and media currently available on Telegram servers. It cannot recover messages that were deleted before download or view-once media that has already expired.

Posts locked behind Telegram Stars paywalls are paid content. Downloading requires active Premium, an authorized Telegram account, and prior purchase of the post by that same account. SpyGrabs does not unlock unpaid Stars content.

SpyGrabs uses temporary processing files and removes them after processing. If a technical failure interrupts cleanup, removal may be delayed.
