When is authorization needed?

Only for private sources, or for a private full channel export flow.

What do I get back?

Files from the message and the message text. Large jobs can go through the queue.

When is the free mode enough?

When you need to test one or two posts from a public channel. It includes 3 downloads per day.

What is the difference between Premium and full channel export?

Premium is for regular use. Full channel export is a separate one-time flow for saving the whole archive at once.
