When to choose full export right away

This flow works best for channels and regular chats with a lot of materials where manual collection is already unrealistic. If you know you need the full course, the entire file library, or the whole channel archive, do not go through individual post links.

How this differs from regular Personal

Personal is for regular work: private sources, personal chats with restrictions, recurring exports. Archive Start is for when regular Personal is not enough and the task itself is heavy: you need to grab the entire archive of one source at once.

Why authorization is always required here

Full channel or chat export only starts with authorization. This is not an optional extra — it is a required part of the flow: the bot needs to see the source you already have access to and go through it in batch mode.
